Due to exceptional sustained and organic growth we are looking for graduates to join our trainee consultant scheme.

Job description
Your initial role will be as a researcher on our search team, where you will identify target populations of candidates and call them with the objective of meeting with them to talk through their career options and the roles or organisations they would be suitable for. You will then proactively market these candidates internally amongst Hydrogen’s specialist recruitment divisions to find them their ideal career move. Supported by a comprehensive, ongoing training and development programme, your goal will be to become a consultant within six months.

Based in London City

Salary:
20K + Bonus + Commission, OTE 35-45K first year
